What we do

Why pick us

We turn up when we said, and finish when we said

You get a start date and a finish date before we begin, so you can plan the rest of your week around them.

They were prompt at all times, even turning up early sometimes. Wayne and Gary are a superb team. They set a deadline to complete my kitchen and delivered.

You deal with the people doing the work

It is a family firm. The person who quotes your job is on it, and the same faces are there on the last day as the first.

Brian was a lovely guy dead down to earth and would go the extra mile for you.

Big formats and natural stone, laid right

Limestone, travertine and large-format porcelain need the floor levelled and the stone sealed in the right order. Get that right and it looks as good in ten years as it did on the day.

Wayne did a fantastic job of laying our 60x40 limestone floor tiles. We were quite nervous about appointing a tiler without a recommendation, but we had absolutely nothing to worry about.

A finish you will be proud of

Straight grout lines, cuts landing where they should, corners meeting properly. The kind of room you find yourself showing people.

Our tiling was done by Wayne to such a high standard and we are very pleased with the finish.

How a job runs

  1. Step 1

You ring or send the form

Tell us the room, roughly what you want doing and where you are. If you have a picture of it, that helps more than a paragraph.

  2. Step 2

We come and look at the job

Tiling quotes off a photograph are guesses. We measure up, look at the floor and the walls, and tell you what needs doing to them before any tile goes on.

  3. Step 3

You get a price in writing

Itemised, so you can see what the preparation costs separately from the tiling, and take a bit out if you want to.

  4. Step 4

    We book the dates

A start date and a finish date. If materials have a lead time, that goes in the dates rather than being discovered later.
