A floor that drains properly, because the tanking underneath it was done properly.
A wet room is a waterproofing job with tiles on top. We set the former into the floor, tank the whole area including the upstands, and lay to the falls so water leaves at the drain.
A level-access shower is the same job with a threshold you can walk or wheel straight over.
