What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, postcode, an email address if you give one, and whatever you write about the job. Nothing else, and nothing you have not typed.

What we do with it

It is emailed to us so we can get back to you about the job. We do not sell it, share it with anyone else, add you to a mailing list or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once it is clear nothing is happening. Where we have done the job, we keep the record for six years, because that is how long you might reasonably come back to us about the work.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The fonts are served from this site rather than a font network. The one thing loaded from another company is the spam check on the contact form, described just below, and it sets no cookie either. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Spam protection

The contact form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is there to tell a real person from a bot. To do that, Cloudflare sees your IP address and some details about your browser. It is not used to track you or to build a profile, and it sets no advertising cookie. This only runs on the contact page; the rest of the site loads nothing from Cloudflare.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Ring 07583 450141 and we will sort it. If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
